On Thursday night (August 27th) in the Bird’s nest, Usain Bolt rubber-stamped his status as the greatest sprinter that ever lived after claiming his 4th successive 200m crown in 19.55s.

However, the day before successfully defending his 200m title, it was suggested that he won the 100m Final because “Justin Gatlin made a mistake” – see how he responds to the reporter who made that suggestion after Bolt completed the sprint double over Gatlin in emphatic fashion!

Luckily for the reporter, the fastest man that ever lived was still gracious enough to take his questions, amongst all the others he was asked following his triumphant return to the Bird’s Nest where he first set World Records:

Lesson learned – never doubt the big man’s ability to rise to the occasion and deliver when it matters the most!
