In claiming his 4th successive world 200m crown in a world leading time of 19.55s inside the Bird’s nest in Beijing on Thursday night (Aug 27th), Usain Bolt finally laid to rest any suggestion that Justin Gatlin could beat him when it mattered the most, even when he’s not at his very best.

In this post-race interview he says Justin Gatlin should not “talk about my 200m like he’s going to win”:
