Eke Kalu Onwuka bettered his Personal Best in the men's Shot put event in Port Harcourt, and will be hoping to better his mark at the Commonwealth Games Trials.

Here is the official schedule of the Port Harcourt Golden League billed to hold on Saturday and Sunday, January 27th to 28th, at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Rivers State.
