Miami Heat suffered their second consecutive defeat in the bubble since the NBA restarted in Orlando, losing by seven points to the high flying Phoenix Suns on Saturday.

Having experienced an unexpected loss to Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday, despite leading for the majority of that game, the match-up against Suns provided some sort of redemption, but the latter have been big hitters themselves, beating Indiana Pacers in their last game.

Suns survived a 1st quarter onslaught from the Heat, to go on and win the game 119-112. Heat led after the 1st quarter by 32-25, but Suns took control of the next three quarters and won in all to outscore their opponent.

Bam Adebayo had a very impressive game for the Heat, making double digits with 18pts, and then 7reb. Adebayo provided the second-highest assist overall in the game (9), but Suns were the best team on the day.

Although his team might have lost the game, however it was an improvement for Adebayo from his last game against Bucks, making only 6pts in that match.

Meanwhile, D’Tigers Point Guard, Gabriel Nnamdi Vincent saw some action for the Heat, playing 19mins: 33s and contributing 4pts for his side, with two assists.

Athletics coverage was a discovery, having to move away from regularly writing about Football. Although it was initially daunting, but now being an authority in it makes the past effort worthwhile. From travelling on the same international flight with Nigerian athletes, to knowing you could easily interview: World Record holder Tobi Amusan, then Ese Brume, I have cut my teeth in this beat earning the trust of Athletics sources.
