Miami Heat found a way to grind out a hard-fought victory in their first match against Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Playoffs semifinals, going up 1-0 in the Bubble to lead the series.
It was a complete comeback for the Heat, who trailed after the 1st quarter by as much as 11pts. However, they outscored Bucks in the next three quarters, seeing off the game with a 115- 104 victory.
Jimmy Butler might have led with a game-high 40pts, but the impressive double-double from Bam Adebayo, saw Miami Heat finishing off with a much better team display than their opposition.
Adebayo came clutch with 12pts and had 17reb (11 of which were defensive rebounds) and led his team with 6asts, making two steals, with a 100% Free shooting conversion in the game.

No other player in the game made as many rebounds as Adebayo, the closest being Giannis Antetokounmpo who made 10reb for Bucks. Giannis had 18pts in the game and came close to a Triple-Double with 9ast.
Heat’s defensive unit did a good job guarding Giannis, and keeping him a bit quiet in the match which saw him convert just 40% of his outside shots (2 out of the 5 attempts he had).
Both teams will meet again on Wednesday for Game 2 of the series, and if Adebayo continues with the impressive defensive shift, Giannis and his Bucks team will have a hard time turning the series around.
