Super Eagles attacker, Victor Osimhen scored his first competitive goal for Napoli as they put on a masterclass to humiliate leaders Atalanta 4-1 at the Estadio Sao Paulo.
Osimhen, who had made one assist in his first two matches, stung Marco Sportiello’s gloves at the near post earlier in the game, but the forward got his first goal in the Napoli jersey thanks to a defensive error from Cristian Romero.
He mistimed the jump on a David Ospina goal kick, so Osimhen chested it down, turned, and hit it first time into the bottom corner from 20 meters.

Osimhen celebrated the goal by holding up a shirt as he joined his compatriots in demanding an end to police brutality in Nigeria. The forward was substituted in the 82nd minute.
Hirving Lozano got a brace in the game, while Matteo Politano got the third goal for Napoli.
