Adaobi Tabugbo has yet again lowered her Personal Best (PB) as she edged closer to breaking 13s in the 100m Hurdles at the Tom Jones Memorial.
Tabugbo raced to 13.07s (1.8) in Heat 2 on Saturday, finishing 4th, which was enough to book her a spot in the next round.
Returning for the final few hours later, she powered to a new lifetime best of 13.02s (1.8) to place 3rd in the section 1 of the women’s 100m Hurdles.
Charisma Taylor won the race clocking 12.76s. Nia Ali stormed to a World Lead of 12.44s (-0.8), in section 2 where she held off Tonea Marshall in 12.45s to finish overall top in the finals.
