Ezekiel Nathaniel made it a second consecutive 3rd place finish after taking 3rd in the men’s 400m hurdles final with a time of 48.88s at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

Nathaniel placed behind Caleb Dean who ran the 2nd fastest time in NCAA history to claim the crown in a blazing 47.23s. Chris Robinson was 2nd in 47.98s

The Nigerian National Record Holder who ran a 48.00s a few weeks ago qualified for the final with the fourth-fastest time overall after winning his heat in 48.93s.

Nathaniel has now clocked a total of 11 sub-49s in the event since 2022. So far, he has 4 under his belt in the 2024 season.
