His time is also the fastest by a Nigerian this season.

The Sophomore of UTEP Miners, Rejoice Sule, ran 23.47s in the women’s 200m. She is now the fastest Nigerian over this distance in 2025. Her indoor personal best remains 23.44s, set last year.
