Paris 2024 Long Jump finalist Prestina Ochonogor made a strong impact at the WAC Indoor Championships, which took place at The Podium in Spokane, Washington.

Representing Tarleton State, the Nigerian won GOLD in her specialist event barely two weeks after resuming at the institution.

In her debut outing for Tartleton State, she jumped 6.64m, setting a new Meet Record to secure her spot in the NCAA Indoor Championships as one of the top 16 in the event. Her 6.64m also shattered the Facility Record and School Record.
