Saheed Jimoh was born on 1st February 1997 and is an athlete who has the potential of becoming a part of any Nigerian 4x400m relay squad, and even possibly represent the country in the individual one lap race, seeing that he majors in the quartermile.
Currently studying at the Lagos State Polytechnic, Jimoh competed at the 2015 Lagos Auditions and made the list of the Top 25 athletes who were specially invited to the Ibadan Auditions the following month.
Jimoh was drafted in as one of the junior athletes who represented Making of Champions (MoC) at the 2015 Lagos Relays. He ran the anchor leg, helping the team win GOLD in the 4x200m as they clocked the overall fastest time of 1:34.15.
At the 2016 Top Sprinter Athletics Championships, he ran a then Personal Best (PB) of 50.80s in the Junior Boys 400m final where he finished 4th.
Whenever he competes in any race, he executes it with so much passion, intensity and determination. The way he carries his teammates along in any relay race shows how selfless he is while on the track.
