The 2018 All Nigeria Athletics Championships, which was initially billed to run from July 5th to 7th, has now faced a major setback as the competition has been moved to July 7th to 9th.
The shift in date was disclosed in a letter sent by the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) to Clubs, State Associations, Paramilitary organisations and other stakeholders on Monday evening.
The All Nigeria Championships will serve as the National Trials for the forthcoming African Senior Championships holding in Asaba from August 1st to 5th.
